Ingredients
1 lb white fish (like cod or tilapia)
6 corn or flour tortillas
2 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup yogurt or mayo
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Pat the white fish dry and season both sides with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
Place seasoned fish in the air fryer basket and cook 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway
Combine shredded cabbage, chopped cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl
Stir in yogurt or mayo and season with salt
Warm tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat 30 seconds per side
Flake the cooked fish into bite-sized pieces
Layer fish onto each tortilla and top with cilantro lime slaw
