Ingredients
1 cup almond butter (or peanut/cashew butter)
3/4 cup chocolate protein powder
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp almond flour
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, ensuring parchment overhangs edges for easy removal
In a large bowl, mix almond butter, chocolate protein powder, almond flour, maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth
Stir in mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed
Transfer mixture to prepared pan and press firmly into an even layer
Press additional chocolate chips onto the surface for optional toppings
Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes or freezer for 5-10 minutes until firm
Lift with parchment paper and slice into portions
