These homemade chocolate peanut butter protein bars deliver 32g of protein each and are ready in under 25 minutes. A no-bake recipe combining peanut butter, protein powder, and natural sweeteners for a balanced, indulgent snack perfect for pre or post-workout fueling.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
3/4 cup protein powder of choice
1/4 cup maple syrup, honey, or agave
1/2 tsp salt
4 oz melted chocolate chips (optional, for coating)
Instructions
Mix peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup, and salt in a bowl until a thick dough forms
Press the mixture evenly into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch baking pan
Refrigerate the pan until the mixture is firm, about 1-2 hours
Cut into bars using a sharp knife
Melt chocolate chips (optional) and coat the bars or dip them in the melted chocolate
Return to the refrigerator until the chocolate coating sets
Notes
Use halal-certified chocolate or dairy-free chocolate as an alternative if required
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week
For allergy-friendly options, substitute with other nut butters or seed butters
