Description

A high-protein, creamy Greek yogurt base layered with fresh peaches and crunchy granola, offering a refreshing and nutritious breakfast or snack option in under 25 minutes.

Ingredients

2 (6 oz) containers vanilla Greek yogurt
4 medium fresh peaches, peeled, pitted, and cubed
¾ cup granola
Optional: peach slices, fresh berries, or mint for garnish

Instructions

Divide one container of vanilla Greek yogurt evenly among four serving glasses.
Sprinkle half of the granola over the yogurt layer in each glass.
Divide the cubed peaches evenly between the glasses, placing them on top of the granola layer.
Top each glass with the remaining yogurt, creating a creamy layer over the peaches.
Add the remaining granola to finish the layers.
Garnish with additional peach slices, berries, or mint if desired.
Serve immediately.

Notes

Select ripe peaches for enhanced sweetness.
A light-colored glass bowl enhances the parfait’s presentation.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours if granola is used for a second layer (not recommended post-cooling due to texture).
